Why Edmonds quotes swing so much
Flatness in older ramblers
Vinyl plank telegraphs every dip. A 1958 Westgate house with a sagged hallway may need a bag or two of leveling compound, or a full sheet of new underlayment, before the first plank goes down.
Crawlspace and salt air

The plank you pick
