Oleg started Wills Flooring in Lynnwood in 2013. Today our family-owned team brings flooring samples to homes across King and Snohomish counties and helps plan the removal, subfloor preparation and finishing details of each project.

Snohomish sits where the Pilchuck River meets the Snohomish River and developed as a river and logging town. Historic character is visible in the city, yet each home's actual floor assembly determines a safe installation method.
For an older home, we inspect floor movement and doorway heights; for a newer home, we still check flatness and manufacturer run limits.

It can. We bring wood-look samples so you can compare color and texture with existing millwork before deciding.
Sometimes, depending on what it is, how stable and flat it is, and the new floor height. We inspect it and follow the product's instructions.
The final price depends on the product, square footage, old-floor removal, subfloor condition, stairs and trim. After measuring your home we provide a written estimate showing the work included.
